Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all users of Zirracloud Web Hosting Services. By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you have agreed to these terms.

1. Account Eligibility

You must be 18+ years old to access hosting or domain services. You are responsible for keeping login details and billing email safe.

2. Billing & Renewals

All invoices must be paid before the due date. Non-payment may lead to service suspension. Domains are non-refundable & auto-renew unless disabled by the user.

3. Acceptable Usage

It is prohibited to host illegal content, phishing, malware, scam pages, adult content, pirated files, or perform abusive actions affecting server performance.

4. Data & Backups

Weekly backups may be included only in certain plans. Users must maintain their own backups — Zirracloud is not liable for accidental data loss.

5. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if invoices remain unpaid, user violates hosting rules, or security of servers is compromised.

6. Refund Policy

Hosting refunds only apply if specifically mentioned during purchase. Domains, renewals & transfers are strictly non-refundable. if refund is approved, refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days
