These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all users of Zirracloud Web Hosting Services. By creating an account or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these conditions.
1. Account Eligibility
• You must be 18+ years old to purchase hosting or domain services.
• You are responsible for protecting login details, passwords & billing email accuracy.
• Any misuse under your login will be considered your responsibility.
2. Billing, Payments & Renewals
• All invoices must be cleared before the due date.
• Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
• Domain registrations are **strictly non-refundable** due to global ICANN policy.
• All domains auto-renew unless disabled manually by the customer.
3. Acceptable Usage Rules
You agree NOT to host or promote: • Illegal content • Phishing, fraud, fake payment pages • Malware, virus scripts, ransomware • Adult (pornographic) content • Pirated / copyright protected files • Spam scripts or anything harmful to network/server
4. Backups & Responsibility
While weekly backups may be available on selected plans, customers are fully responsible for maintaining personal backups. Zirracloud shall not be liable for accidental file deletion or data loss.
5. Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice if:
• There is unpaid hosting invoice
• User violates law or hosting policy
• A website abuses server resources or affects security
6. Refund Policy
• Hosting refunds apply only when clearly mentioned during purchase.
• Domain registrations / renewals / transfers are 100% non-refundable.
• Promotional pricing (example: festival offers) is non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zirracloud is NOT liable for: • Business interruption or revenue loss • Downtime caused by datacenter or ISP • Data loss caused by user actions • Third-party app errors or plugin issues

Zirracloud Web Hosting Services is owned and operated by Mr. RADHASHYAM GAYEN (Founder & Legal Owner).
